VisionWeb Control updatesAvailable in both Indigo and Vision frame systems

Request latest frame softwareVisionWeb Control is a free-of-charge way of operating the full Crystal Vision product range from a web browser and is now the company's main control software.

VisionWeb Control works by using a web browser to access a board's XML control interface, which is stored in the frame front panel.

VisionWeb is automatically available in all Vision frames and in Indigo frames which are running V5.0 software and above. Frames running V4.7 Indigo software or later can be updated to full VisionWeb control of all products. If you're running earlier versions of the Indigo frame front panel software, our customer support team can perform a software update feasibility analysis on request.

Sometimes we introduce new product XML files and update existing ones. The product XML files were last updated on 27th January 2017. If you want to get the latest product XML files into your current frame, you will need to update the full frame software.

The Indigo frame software is currently at version 5.7, which was released on 22nd June 2017. The Vision frame software is currently at version 1.1, which was released on 23rd January 2017.

If you would like to upgrade to the latest version of the Indigo or Vision frame software, please contact our support team and provide them with the following information: the frame serial number, the frame software version and the name and software version of ALL the boards housed within the frame.

Indigo users wishing to access the latest features on the VisionPanel hardware control panel should also upgrade to the latest version of the Indigo frame software.

The interactive VisionWeb GUIs are now available on this website, with this demo version of VisionWeb being the most convenient way for you to explore the control options for every board.
